Aldo Shoes is opening its very first outlet store in Hawaii at the Waikele Premium Outlets next month, the Central Oahu outlet center confirmed to PBN. The Canada-based footwear and accessories retailer, which is owned by The Aldo Group, is planned to open a 2,750-square-foot store on the Ewa (west) side of the outlet center on April 15.

PBN first reported that Aldo is opening a shop during the Waikele Premium Outlets near Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th. Aldo Shoes currently operates two Hawaii stores in Honolulu’s Ala Moana Center — an Aldo Shoes store on the third flooring and an Aldo store on the street level associated with mall.
Aldo joins a summary of several retailers which have exposed at the Waikele outlet complex following a comprehensive renovation, including Vera Bradley, Ugg Australia, Asics and Calvin Klein Accessories. Armani Outlets started a 3,500-square-foot store during the socket center in January, and Michael Kors will expand its store and relocate in the center.
Waikele Premium Outlets, that will be owned by Simon Property Group Inc., has more than 50 socket stores, including Adidas, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Coach, Guess, Kate Spade New York, LeSportsac, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, Tommy Hilfiger, True Religion Brand Jeans, among others.
